CABINETRY

For this loft conversion in a London family home, we were commissioned to design, manage, manufacture, and install bespoke joinery and cabinetry for a French designer couple and their children. The project focused on creating durable, high-quality built-in furniture that integrates seamlessly with the new roof space.

The works include wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling fitted units, incorporating integrated shutters, concealed storage, and a built-in desktop, forming a combined master bedroom and home office environment. A bespoke low-tech shutter mechanism, developed using adapted sailing pulleys, provides an intuitive and tactile method for operating large timber shutters. All elements were crafted in robust materials and finished with natural oil to maintain a raw, material-honest appearance.​​
