At Studio & Workshop – Bakker, we design and make — or build from your supplied plans — bespoke, made-to-measure furniture and joinery tailored to your space and needs.
From kitchens, wardrobes, and shelving to cabinetry, under-stairs storage, and beds, each piece is crafted for lasting function, quality, and character.
We also undertake medium-scale timber projects such as garden rooms, saunas, and home office studios, all made with the same attention to detail.
We work with high-grade panels, quality veneers, and solid wood, preferably locally sourced. Finishes use natural oils, stains, and low- or zero-VOC paints for a healthier home and environment.
HOW IT WORKS

Initial Estimate
Provide dimensions, fittings, style, materials, and finish for a rough estimate or ballpark figure.

Survey & Design
We visit your property to take precise measurements and discuss your requirements. From this, we prepare a design, quotation, and estimated lead time.

Production
Once you confirm the order with a 50% deposit, we begin production. A further 40% is due on the agreed delivery date.

Delivery & Installation
Our skilled fitters install your project to the highest standard. You then have two weeks to flag any snags, which we will resolve before the final 10% balance is paid.
