miniBAR

2010 PARIS

Interior / Furniture — Commercial

The miniBAR project involved the refurbishment of a small DJ-bar and vinyl store in Paris. Working in collaboration with architect Philippe Rizzotti, we designed and fabricated a continuous wall-to-wall multifunctional furniture system integrating the bar counter, DJ booth, display shelving for records, and storage.

The interior was conceived as a compact yet dynamic environment where furniture, lighting, and music equipment form a single spatial installation. A sequenced LED lighting system was integrated into the joinery to animate the space and reinforce the atmosphere of the venue during performances and evening events.

The project combines durable materials with bold colour accents, creating a robust yet expressive interior suited to the hybrid nature of the venue as both bar and record shop.
