HOUSE EXTENSION
London
DESIGN & BUILD
Ground floor extension to a railway cottage in London. The existing extension was demolished and replaced with a significantly larger structure, expanding the modest footprint of the original house. The new extension accommodates a kitchen, dining area, and lounge, with the living spaces divided by a sliding partition to allow flexibility in use.
The project was developed in close collaboration with the clients, who were also the architects, enabling a highly integrated design and construction process. Particular care was taken to maximise light, spatial efficiency, and connection between the old and new parts of the house.
